What is a weekly special?

Every week, we curate a preorder from a favorite Bay Area maker for you. Our mission is to help local makers sell locally and hidden gems loved the locals get discovered. If you have a favorite maker in mind for our weekly special, please let us know! You can join our FB group here to vote for next week special.

 

When is the cutoff day?

Order by Wednesday at midnight.

 

How much does it cost?

We charge a fixed delivery cost of $6.99 per order. You can mix and match from different makers offering their products on our site. This will cover our costs of picking up orders from far away locations in the Bay Area and delivering them to a hub near you. Our listing price does include a 3% credit card fee and may include a small convenient fee if we have to place the order manually or sales tax if the makers impose it. 

 

What is HubOn?

HubOn is our transport service which cover the whole Bay Area. We partner with 66+ neighborhood stores around the Bay serving as our pickup/drop-off locations. You can learn more about HubOn here

 

Will my food order arrive hot?

No, your order will not arrive hot. To ensure food safety—especially when sourcing from specialty makers across different locations—all meals are delivered cold or at room temperature. Your food is carefully stored during transit and may come with clear reheating instructions from the maker, so you can enjoy it fresh at home.

 

What time should I pick up my orders?

You can pick up you order at anytime during the hub store hours AFTER receiving a delivery text. You can check your transport status on letshubon.com. You can also text us at our customer support number ‪(408) 337-6354 if you have any questions‬.  Please do not call our hub partner.
