Edhi grew up watching his uncle run a steak restaurant in Indonesia, where the energy and aroma of the kitchen inspired him to learn how to cook. Years later, as his children began leaving home, he returned to those early memories and found comfort in the kitchen. What started as a way to fill his free time soon became a meaningful hobby, allowing him to reconnect with his roots and rediscover joy through cooking.
