Collection: Milk Belly Bakery

Milk Belly Bakery started in 2020, the year the pandemic hit. As two chefs and new parents, we wanted to create something meaningful for our family. Our breads and pastries are inspired by childhood memories and Asian American roots, blending old and new techniques with simple ingredients we grew up loving. We began in a tiny 200 sq. ft. ghost kitchen, crafting everything by hand in small batches, and are now proud to call Downtown San Jose our new home.
