Pass The Sauced is led by Karla Rosales Barrios, a San Francisco native with Nicaraguan roots whose love of food is shaped by a rich blend of cultural influences. Inspired by her upbringing in a diverse community and time spent on her grandparents’ farm in Nicaragua, as well as visits to Mexico City, Karla creates salsas that celebrate bold, vibrant flavors and the joy of sharing meals. Through her work, she brings a sense of connection and tradition to every jar, encouraging others to savor and enjoy food together.
