Bring refrigerated 1000 Layer cake out 30 minutes at room temperature before serving. Gently reheat individual Sweet Rice Pandan Custard / Pandan coconut mochi layer slice in microwave oven for 5-10 sec until soft, NOT hot. Repeat as needed. Gently reheat Pineapple Tartlet in a toaster oven 300F for one (1) min until warm, NOT hot."

Nusa means "island" in Javanese

Nusa was founded in 2013 by chef Jennifer Huang and Perry, her husband, who grew up in South Sumatra, Indonesia. When her family immigrated to the Bay Area, Jennifer realized her homeland had little-to-no culinary presence in Northern California - even though Indonesia is one of the largest countries in the world.

Their mission is to introduce & broaden the appeal of Indonesian food in the San Francisco Bay Area. They offer unique, classic Indonesian desserts, snacks, and savory items, handcrafted following traditional home-style recipes.
