Salina specializes in chiffon cakes. Her cakes deliver the quintessential light and fluffiness that chiffon cakes are known for. She is also well known for her crunchy and addictive fried rosettes or “kuih loyang”. 

Salina grew up in Sarawak, Malaysia, enjoying foods and sweets with Chinese, Malay, and native influences. Salina got her love of baking from her mom, who baked cakes for their birthdays and cookies for Chinese New Year. Salina definitely inherited her mom’s patience for baking and her dad’s love for sweets! She uses real and quality ingredients like pandan leaves, strong Nescafe coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and the Musang King durian to deliver nostalgic flavors you know and love.
