A traditional Thai influenced Nyonya-style dish consisting of a spiced fish and coconut mousse. Sliced fish mixed with eggs, coconut milk, lined with daun kadok (wild piper leaves - an essential ingredient!) and a robust aromatic spice paste, then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until soft, silk and fragrant.
