Delicious puff pastry pasties filled with traditional hearty beef and ale stew filling. Deeply flavored with Guinness, vegetables, garlic, and herbs. Our beef is sourced from local Oak Ridge Angus in Calistoga, and is grass fed, non GMO and are corn and antibiotic free.

Ingredients:

Pastry: Wheat flour, margarine, vegetable mono & diglycerides, soy, lecithin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, yeast.

Filling: Beef steak, onions, carrots, celery, Guinness,  beef stock, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, wheat flour, salt, pepper.

Oven bake from frozen at 400°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden, with an internal temperature of 165°F
