Rich, silky raw crab soaked in a bold chili marinade with garlic and Korean plum—deeply savory, gently sweet, and perfect over a bowl of warm rice.

Includes:

  • 3 crabs per order
  • Frozen & vacuum sealed

Defrosting Instructions:

  • Keep frozen until ready to enjoy
  • Thaw in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours
  • For quicker thawing, place the sealed package in cold water or at room temperature for a short period, just until thawed
  • Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly
  • Do not cook—intended to be enjoyed raw after thawing

Storage After Thawing:

  • Enjoy within 3–5 days (the sooner, the better)

Serving Tips:

  • Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds for extra aroma
  • Mix the marinade with a bowl of warm rice (Korea’s “rice thief” experience )
